The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for the design and i mplementation of the WCB 's overall technology architecture. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to align the technolog y strategy with the WCB 's business goals, and ensure that all technology initiatives are in line with the overall architecture. The Enterprise Architect will serve as a leader in the IT department, providing guidance and direction to other architects and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business strategy and goals;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new solutions and technologies, ensuring alignment w ith the enterprise architecture;
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture standards, principles, and governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization;
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize business capabilities, processes, and systems that require architectural guidance and support;
- Develop and maintain the enterprise data, application, technology, and security architectures, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap;
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, including integration strategies, data architectures, and technology frameworks;
- Partner with business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and to develop business cases and project plans to realize those opportunities;
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption within the enterprise architecture; and
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the enterprise architecture team and across the organization.
Minimum Relevant Experience
- Ten (10) years of relevant work experience with a minimum of five (5) years in enterprise architecture;
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions in a complex a nd dynamic business environment;
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF;
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and technologies, such as ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or IBM Rational System Architect;
- Experience with enterprise-wide data and application integration;
- Experience in cloud computing and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain; and
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and evalu ate complex technical solutions; and
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
