Creative Designer
Creative Designer must possess in-depth knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture. All pieces of this jigsaw puzzle must fall into place to create a compelling visual experience. Must be able to create branding projects from the ground up, develop campaigns, lead a team of designers, provide quality art and creative direction and onsite digital experiences.
Job Responsibilties:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Presenting concept visualization through communication and sketches
- Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the design process
- Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
- Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in
- Using graphic design and other relevant softwares
Requirements:
- Proven graphic designing and animation experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Animation softwares)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
