The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for the design and i mplementation of the WCB 's overall technology architecture. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to align the technolog y strategy with the WCB 's business goals, and ensure that all technology initiatives are in line with the overall architecture. The Enterprise Architect will serve as a leader in the IT department, providing guidance and direction to other architects and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business strategy and goals;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new solutions and technologies, ensuring alignment w ith the enterprise architecture;

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture standards, principles, and governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization;
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize business capabilities, processes, and systems that require architectural guidance and support;
• Develop and maintain the enterprise data, application, technology, and security architectures, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap;
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, including integration strategies, data architectures, and technology frameworks;
• Partner with business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and to develop business cases and project plans to realize those opportunities;
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption within the enterprise architecture; and
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the enterprise architecture team and across the organization.

Minimum Relevant Experience

• Ten (10) years of relevant work experience with a minimum of five (5) years in enterprise architecture;
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions in a complex a nd dynamic business environment;
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and technologies, such as ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or IBM Rational System Architect;
• Experience with enterprise-wide data and application integration;
• Experience in cloud computing and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain; and
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Required Skills

• Enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF;
• Enterprise architecture tools and technologies, such as ArchiMate, Sparx EA, o r IBM Rational System Architect;
• Data and application integration technologies and frameworks;

• Security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 or NIST;
• Project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and evalu ate complex technical solutions; and
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
