Location: Winnipeg, MB
The Systems Analyst is responsible for eliciting functional and non-functional system requirements from the customer and from business analysts, analyzing those requirements to define a concept for the solution.
The Systems Analyst will define and communicate systems requirements at the appropriate level of detail to ensure applications are flexible, open, scalable, available, testable, and maintainable within a high-volume production environment.
The Systems Analyst may be required to perform quality assurance activities as required.
Minimum Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience paired with three (3) years of experience in Information Technology;
- Three (3) years of experience as Systems Analyst;
- IT domain experience in two (2) or more of the following IT areas: Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support;
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills;
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills; and
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English are required as this position will be working with end users.

- Experience with team collaboration tools (i.e. Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Cisco Jabber, Slack, etc.); and
- Experience with wire framing/sketching tools (i.e. Miro, MS Visio, InVision, etc.).
